QUICK RUN DOWN - Please READ before placing your order

• Processing times vary from 1 day to 3 weeks - contact me to confirm

• Due to the nature of our custom products, refunds are not generally available*
• We ship via express post - Australia Post
• ALL orders are to be paid in full before work starts
• Please read the printing guidelines - and supply READY TO PRINT files.
• Provide correct files - WE PRINT WHAT YOU SEND US
• If we mess up, let us know and we will fix it ASAP free of charge!
(if you OK a invoice and it has a mistake thats on you, not us)
• We do NOT do rush orders.
• Customer loyalty discounts are valid for per label orders only (MOQ 20 labels)
• Per metre pricing/designs per metre is subject to change as supply prices fluctuate
• General pricing is subject to change at any time
• Please provide accurate measurements in cm or mm for your labels. We can not do this for you.


THE LONG VERSION

Oh Hello Sticker Co. requires payment in full (unless otherwise arranged) before any design or printing work begins.

Please be aware that your order will not officially begin until payment has been made. This means if you have been quoted a completion time frame this is likely to be extended if you do not pay on the day this time frame has been discussed as my workflow and time frames change with new customers and such.

• CURRENT TURN AROUND TIMES •

Due to large volumes of orders and being a mum, as well as being a one person small handmade business, my current turn around times have been extended - if you need something quickly please let me know before purchase & have your files/needs READY in the CORRECT format! 

Postage days are ✨ FRIDAY ✨

PLEASE LEAVE UP TO 3 WEEKS PROCESSING TIMES AND ONE WEEK POSTAGE AS EXPRESS POST IS CURRENTLY TAKING 4 DAYS.

Physical Items (stickers, labels, etc): up to 14 of MY working days

Smaller orders can be completed quicker while larger orders can take longer than 14 days

Digital (logos, designs etc): 1 - 8 weeks - currently fully booked

My working days/hours are Monday, Wednesday & Friday - i complete as much as i can during those days.

POSTAGE -  IF YOU CHOOSE THE WRONG SHIPPING OPTION DURING CHECKOUT, A INVOICE WILL BE SENT REQUESTING THE CORRECT POSTAGE AND YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL THE CORRECT POSTAGE IS PAID - If you wish to cancel your order because the wrong shipping option was chosen, a 10% fee will be taken to cover my order processing costs that occur when you place a order.

Please take the time to read these terms and conditions.  By using this Website and the Services, Products and information offered on this Website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

If you purchase products through Oh Hello Sticker Co., there will be additional terms and conditions relating to the purchase.  Please make sure you agree with these terms and conditions, which you will be directed to read prior to making your purchase.

Definitions

Services means any service or product offered. This included Logos & any Digital Media and physical end products - stickers, business cards, signage, packaging etc. Anything offered by Oh Hello Sticker Co. is a service.

We / Us etc means Oh Hello Sticker Co. and any subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, officers, agents or assigns.

  • Logos/Digital - 2 days - 10 weeks
  • Physical - stickers, labels, cards etc - 5 - 14 days

Logos and Digital Media take time, effort, patience and communication. By proceeding with a logo/digital design order, the customer accepts this.

• If the customer needs a rushed order or faster completion time they MUST make contact to ensure it is possible before they order.

• Oh Hello Sticker Co. reserves the right to take longer than the supplied time frame to complete any or all works. This includes digital and physical products. Acceptable time allowances vary case by case.

• By placing a order with Oh Hello Sticker Co. the customer agrees with the above statement

• Times frames are a very rough estimate only and Oh Hello Sticker Co. can change, update or extend them at any time.

• By proceeding you agree that you will not harass or be rude, obnoxious or generally have lack of understanding.

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone at any time without notice or reason. We are not obliged to work with anyone we find disrespectful or difficult to work with.

• LOYALTY DISCOUNT •
We offer a 20% loyalty discount on all stickers (not metre or specialty) to return customers once they have spent $300 with us!

This discount does not apply to metre lengths, specialty or sale items.

• Postage Terms •

• If your package does not arrive at all or within a week of the estimated time frames provided - Oh Hello Sticker Co. reserves the right to decide on a case by case basis if a replacement or refund will be offered. Tracking is provided on all orders as they are ALL sent express postage.

• Oh Hello Sticker Co. does not accept responsibility for the shipping partner and what they do with the package.

• Products & services offered by Oh Hello Sticker Co. when in conjunction with the printing partner (cards, flyers, specialty labels etc) are subject to the printing partners terms and conditions, Shipping Services & Time Frames.

• Oh Hello Sticker Co. takes no responsibility for the printing partners end product received by the customer

• As Oh Hello Sticker Co. works with the printing partner to ship directly to the customer (unless otherwise arranged)Oh Hello Sticker Co. can not check the printing partners end product for quality, therefore Oh Hello Sticker Co. take no responsibility for misprints, errors or imperfections caused by the printing partner.

• Product Terms •

• By accepting our terms and placing a sticker order you are agreeing to the terms outlined under the yes/no button.

• Due to the nature of many of our products, any handmade product or service purchased with Oh Hello Sticker Co. may have slight inaccuracies or small imperfections that do not effect the quality of the product.

• All products handmade by Oh Hello Sticker Co. are quality tested before shipping. If you do find an unreasonable issue with your order please don't hesitate to contact via our social media accounts or ohhellostickerco@gmail.com

• All custom designs are sent to the customer for confirmation before any physical items are created. If the customer agrees that the graphic/example/mock/template is correct with correct placement, no grammatical or spelling errors or other errors and no changes need to made then Oh Hello Sticker Co. will proceed with the next steps.

• If the customer changes their mind or finds an error AFTER they have agreed to the correct mock/graphic/placement/example, Oh Hello Sticker Co. reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs of re-printing, re-making or otherwise fixing the error.

• If the customer finds fault when the items have been shipped or when the customer receives the product(s) either from Oh Hello Sticker Co. or by their printing partner, after agreeing to the correct mock/example/graphic/template etc Oh Hello Sticker Co. reserves the right to refuse refund or compensation.

• Refunds •

• Due to the nature of custom stickers and labels, no refunds can be given after they have been printed

• Please note that colour changes from printer to printer is very common and if you need the exact same colour to order a sample before you order any large quantities.

• Refunds or free replacements will not be offered to customers who have not ordered a sample first to check their colour is correct.

• Replacement fees vary due to the colour matching process. Please ensure you can provide the EPS or AI file of your design so we can colour match your design.

• Once you have placed an order or accepted a quote, your order will be refunded less 20% of the order total to cover fees incurred by Oh Hello Sticker co.

• Refunds on digital products will only be given if Oh Hello Sticker Co. and the purchasing party, can not come to an agreement on their design. Being indecisive, holding back information and feedback, direction or guidance in relation to changes to your design aswell as changing your mind half way through is not a reason for a refund.

• Refunds will not be given to customers who order designs with a brief of "i dont know what i want, anything you make will be great!" or similar.

• No refunds will be processed once completed files have been sent to the customer

• Digital Assets (inc custom designs) •

• ALL DESIGNS MUST BE PAID FOR BEFORE WORK STARTS

• Any graphic designs, including custom stickers, cards, labels etc created by Oh Hello Sticker Co. remain the property of Oh Hello Sticker Co. until the end product is completed and the final, appropriate files have been sent to the customer.

• Any examples/mocks/concepts sent to the customer for confirmation that their design is correct are not to be saved or used in any way. This includes re-creating the design mock, using the example/mock image for any purpose or reason or otherwise taking any action other than confirming the design.

• Once the design is complete, the client has 100% usage rights over the final, complete files they have been sent.

• Any further design changes, additions or extra edits are to be commissioned and supplied by Oh Hello Sticker Co. for a fee.

• Oh Hello Sticker Co. reserves the right to refuse, terminate or cancel any order, at any time.

• Oh Hello Sticker Co. reserves the right to cancel orders if the client is very indecisive or changes their mind after the initial quote has been made, causing a increase in time spent on customers design that was not quoted for.

• Oh Hello Sticker Co. reserves the right to charge an additional fee for any added time, design fees or other such services.

• No refunds will be processed once completed files have been sent to the customer

We have taken proper care and precautions to ensure that the information we provide on this Website is accurate.  However, we cannot guarantee, nor do we accept any legal liability arising from or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of anything contained on this Website or on any linked site.

The information contained on this Website should not take the place of professional advice.

The Website is made available for use by potential customers and clients of Oh Hello Sticker Co. and on their acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions.  By using this Website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
